Super Club of Initiative People

SCIP is a non-standard meetings of various formats for discussion of world trends, high-profile films, exchange of experience and knowledge. Employees from all companies of the business group participate in the club.

TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION

300 QUESTIONS – BLITZ

From the beginning, the goal of creating the SCIP club is development, we strive to open the world around us together with our employees. However, the experience of discovering the inner world of the employees themselves was incredible.

⠀ On January 19, the SCIP club gathered everyone in one place and the topic of the meeting was “300 questions to the employees”, which the moderator randomly drew from a hat, and let others answer. The greatest activity was caused by questions about childhood: “What was missing in childhood?”, “Funny incidents from childhood” and “Fears of childhood”.

At first glance, these are ordinary topics, but the answers opened up employees from a new side. ⠀ Unfortunately, we cannot publish secret things here, and therefore we invite you to the club. However, of course, we cannot help but share the funny answers of the participants on the topic “Funny incidents from childhood” (read to the end, please):

“At the age of 5, my brother and I were sitting at the entrance, and an uncle passed by who threw away a cigarette butt. When it was my turn to “smoke”, I took a deep breath like an adult and saw my father looking at me at this moent, then everything was like a blur…”
“Once I went to visit a friend to play a game console, when it was getting dark, I decided that I would rather spend the night at his place. Of course, no one warned my parents, and when I came home in the morning, the police, pricipal and parents were already waiting for me at school…”
“I studied excellently at school, but one winter my classmates decided to run away from classes, because of other teachers in the corridor we left through the window of the second floor… The snow “mattress” saved us)”
“Every evening, my father taught me to shoot with an air rifle at targets, the results pleased him. One morning, when I went to school on my own and saw a crow on a tree, I thought about a rifle, and in a moment the bird was on the ground. Out of fear, I had to tell my mother, but when we left, the bird was gone…”

300 QUESTIONS 2.0 – WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE A WOMAN

Finally, the SCIP club met for the second time and continued the topic of 300 questions for participants. Unlike the last meeting, where we delved into childhood memories, this time the participants touched on adult topics.

Question #1: “Which event would you like to witness?”

– The Queen concert

– Events of 60th years

– September 11, 2001

-The appearance of Adam and Eve

– Extinction of dinosaurs

Question #2: “Do you believe in fate and the afterlife?”

Those who do not believe in fate responded with a famous quote from “The Matrix”:

Morpheus: Do you believe in fate, Neo?

Neo: Nope.

Morpheus: Why?

Neo: It’s not nice to think you’re being manipulated.

Question #3: “advantages and disadvantages of being a woman”

➖️ Disadvantages in men opinion: definitely this natural opportunity to give birth is probably the scariest thing in the imagination of men (because of the pain), but frankly speaking, it cannot be considered a negative either.

➕️ Advantages in men opinion: to be the creator of home coziness, the weaker sex, the beloved, fragile girl.

➖️ Disadvantages in women opinion: injustice in work, salary and positions.

➕️ Advantages in women opinion: ❤

And, of course, we discussed advantages and disadvantages of being a man:

➖️ Disadvantages in women opinion: you need to shave.

➕️ Advantages in women opinion: you don’t have to try to be beautiful. It is enough to be more beautiful than a monkey.

➖️ Disadvantages in men opinion: None!

➕️ Advantages in men opinion: the head of the family, the acquirer, the stronger sex.

But we came to a single conclusion – men cannot live without women and vice versa?

OLD YOGO UPGRADE

SCHOOL DURING THE WAR

COACH VERSION

The SCIP club was created to find new questions and answers during the comprehensive development of employees of the Kron group of companies.

During the meeting, the general director of the Kron group of companies, Olga Chernova, became the moderator of the coaching session, a new format for the club. This experience revealed the values of the participants, showed such different goals and meanings, fears and barriers encountered on the way to the goal. In a couple of hours, everyone solved the problems of their values, secret fears and discovered the complex mechanisms of functioning of the value-meaning sphere of the individual.

This practice has had a good effect on club members, so we advise you to look at the coaching techniques and choose something for yourself. And if you do it in a circle of other people, you will become much closer after the session.

WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE ACTOR?

The last meetings of the SCIP development club were, to put it mildly, emotionally intense, although, as always, useful and informative.

However, this time we decided to vent and talk about something that evokes pleasant feelings in many – about cinema, and more precisely about favorite actors. Of course, the biographies of mostly foreign actors were analyzed: Will Smith, Brad Pitt, Matthew McConaughey, Jack Nicholson and others.

And this is not surprising, because cinema in Ukraine is only gaining momentum, although we know Hollywood stars with Ukrainian roots. By the way, write your favorite actor and your favorite movie with him in the comments…

However, BG Kron is sure that when we end the war with a victory, the Ukrainian cinematography will develop rapidly, but the Hollywood stars who appeared on the side of the aggressor will never be there again!

Together for development!

Everything will be Kron!

Glory to Ukraine!

MODERN WARS

WARS WITH A DIFFERENT VIEW

Today’s circumstances affect not only you and me, but also the topic of our club, which is why we analyzed the wars that took place in different countries:

  • Soviet-Finnish War (1939-1940)
  • Georgian-Abkhaz War (1989-1994)
  • Armed conflict in South Ossetia (2008)
  • Nagorno-Karabakh conflict (1988-1994)
  • Iran-Iraq War (1980-1988)
  • Indo-Pakistani conflict (1947 – present)
  • Turkish-Kurdish conflict (1984 – present)

It is worth noting an interesting observation – in all wars there is a third party that takes part in the conflicts. In almost all of the above-mentioned wars, either the USSR or Russia took part on the side of those states on the territory of which a certain number of the population “wanted to secede and return to the USSR or become part of russia.”

Ukraine will win and remain independent!

Glory to Ukraine!

SCIP: #CINEMA “3000 YEARS OF WISHES”

Be careful with your wishes and formulate them correctly.

For a long time, the members of the SCIP club did not analyze movies, especially those that need to be thought about.

We came to the conclusion that films can be divided for 2 types:

  1. the ones, which travel to the shelf;
  2. the ones which are sent to the landfill.

The film “3000 years of wishes” can be attributed to the first category – “on the shelf”. After all, a true moviegoer will find something special from the visuals and musical accompaniment to the depth of the picture’s content. Can we recommend such a film? BG Kron 100% RECOMMENDS! Moreover, after analyzing this film, SCIP club members wanted to watch it again, because after the discussion, everyone heard something new.

SCIP: #FEAR

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, almost everyone has developed a sense of fear for business, the future, and in general, their life or death. Some psychologists and scientists think interestingly, claiming that you cannot be afraid of what was not in your life – why be afraid of death (disease) if you and I have not died?

he feeling of fear of “disease” is more dangerous than the “disease” itself, so we have prepared for you the rules on how to get rid of fear in order to win the psychological war:

  • Fear gets power from you. It is a symbol of insecurity;
  • Realize that fear has formed a certain scenario in your head;
  • Remind yourself every time about the need to get rid of these thoughts and reprogram the scenario in your head;
  • Plan a happy future by analyzing the present.

There are several categories of people – those who claim that fear does not exist at all, and those who do not feel fear due to Urabach-Wite disease (a genetic disease that leads to a complete absence of fear).

SCIP: #MEM

MEM is a UNIT OF CULTURE

Modernity needs modern topics in our SCIP club. One such topic was a Mem.

Everyone has heard the word MEM, but not everyone knows its meaning. The most observant could see the similarity with the word GENE and it is not accidental. You will be surprised, but memes are primarily not just funny pictures and there is even a separate science – memetics! Everyone has heard the word MEM, but not everyone knows its meaning. The most observant could see the similarity with the word GENE and it is not accidental. You will be surprised, but memes are primarily not just funny pictures and there is even a separate science – memetics!

So what is Mem? MEM is a unit of culture that reproduces in society since the beginning of the world, for example: wearing shoes, entering a calendar or eating with a fork. Eating is not a mem, but eating with a fork is mem.

With the advent of the Internet, memes began to mutate and got exactly the kind that is very familiar to us – Internet memes. Although we usually smile when we see memes on the Internet, they are used as a weapon in some hands, especially in political circles.

SCIP: #QUOTES

Quotes, which we use incorrectly.

At the meeting of the SCIP development club, we discussed quotes that stuck in the heads of each of us. For some, humorous ones are memorable – “If something can be done wrong, this person will do it!” (Murphy’s Law), for others serious – If an employee always agrees with the boss, he is not useful for business (Elbert Hubbard).

We all use quotes in our everyday life, however, as it turned out, not all of them are correct, here are the most common ones:

  • “Live for a century – learn for a century … how to live” (Lucius Anneus Seneus)
  • “Truth is in wine … and health is in water” (Pliny the Elder: “In vino veritas, in aqua sanitas”)
  • “The end justifies the means”, but it has a beginning that changes the whole meaning of the quote – “If the end is the salvation of the soul, then the end justifies the means” (Ignatius de Loyola)

Therefore, should use quotes that develop and move us, not those that limit and ground us.

SCIP: NEW YEAR IN THE WORLD

ONE HOLIDAY BUT SUCH DIFFERENT TRADITIONS

The #SCIР held its last meeting this year, where we summed up the results of the year and planned a lot of interesting things for the new year. In addition, we prepared interesting facts about the celebration of the New Year in other countries.

  • Greece – residents break pomegranates for the new year, the more seeds, the more happiness there will be;!
  • Micronesia – they change their name every year so that friends call them differently (but not really – it’s fun);
  • Vietnam – they plant peach trees instead of Christmas trees;
  • France – Pernoel puts gifts in shoes;
  • Spain – eats a dozen grapes and sells seedless grapes (I would buy);
  • Italy – getting rid of old things;
  • Iceland – Santa does not come on reindeer, but on donkeys;
  • Poland – they bake carp for the new year, and accordingly do not overeat, but fast;
  • russia – Iutsful father frost with his little “granddaughter” will not come again.
  • Kron – this year we decorated the Christmas tree not with ordinary Christmas tree toys, but with wishes and we know that they will come true!

Write your wish, and we will help it come true! Your Kron!

SCIP: #SOLOMON

PHILOSOPHY IN QUOTATIONS

At the last meeting of the SCIP, we analyzed the movie “3000 years of wishes”, where one of the characters was King Solomon, but the disclosure of his role was scarce.

After all, his role in religious scriptures is of great importance, and the wisdom is relevant even after 3000 years, for example: “A truthful mouth is forever, but a lying tongue is only for a moment”

However, there are those who have caused outrage today: “My son! Keep the commandment of your father and do not reject the instructions of your mother, impose them forever on your heart, bind them around your neck.”

It is worth noting that many proverbs/sayings are attributed to King Solomon, but which were never his…

But we know one thing – Ukraine was, is and will be! Glory to Ukraine! Everything will be Kron!

SCIP: LET’S MEET THE YOUTHWHAT KIND OF STUDENT ARE YOU?

At the first meeting of the SCIP club this year, our participants received random questions about their student years and shared stories. For many of us, these were pleasant and sometimes funny memories of our youth, which we decided to share with you.

Question: How did you enter the university?

Story No. 1: “…in the cold, I came to the university with a friend who was entering the HАІ… The dean asked about my average score and said that I was accepted, although I did not pass. In a few hours, I brought the original documents… yes I entered the rocket Faculty of Rocket and Space Engineering…”

Story No. 2: “…I applied to HADI in order not to be admitted… However, the examiner was in front of me on the exam itself and pushed a sheet of paper with the answers on it… I confess, I still think that I was confused with someone .”

It was funny and so homely) And how did you choose a university?
