If I could express my impression of studying at the SСM course in one word, it would be DELIGHT.
I liked everything – the organization, the format (in her classes, the incomparable Svitlana involved everyone in thinking, analyzing the discussed situations, no one sat through the class in silence), the selected composition of the groups and, of course, the most important thing is the knowledge gained and even new skills.
What I liked:
– Svetlichnaya Svetlana, an excellent person, trainer, speaker, cool atmosphere at the training itself, mutual experience of training colleagues, and of course new knowledge and understanding that simply did not exist before, specifically this vision, why how and why, goals and the mission of the company.
What do you remember?
– Excellent positive team, with funny jokes, pyramid of self-awareness, hierarchical scheme of a large company, construction of visoin.
The main thing that this course gave me was the systematization and structuring of the knowledge I already had. And also a theoretical base that helped me look at and evaluate the experience I already had in a new way. And for me it is very important! Because currently, instead of the thought “I THINK I should act like this” I have the thought “I KNOW how to act in this case”. Having a logical and working system makes it easier to build teamwork and justify your position to investors. Thank you!
Studying at the SHOM course was very interesting and useful for my future work. What I liked most was that the knowledge gained at each of the classes could be immediately tested in practice and understand how useful it is and what effect it has on the work process.
I liked that the content of the program and the format of the School are close to the real working conditions of future managers: many practical tasks and detailed theory for a deeper understanding of this position.
In the basic program, the tools and the possibilities of their application are very comprehensively, consistently and clearly laid out for the managers of companies in any field. It was especially important for me to record practical skills.

What SСM is for me? Working in different large companies has always been indicative for me when a company grows employees internally, and the KRON company is no exception. The project called “SСM” is a key, and most importantly, a “conscious” choice for the development of the manager. The indicator for me is always preparation for this kind of project, and the key is the speaker. I can express my great gratitude to the entire team that worked on SСM.
I really liked the course. A lot of what we learnt I used in my work before, but after your course I started to do it consciously. What I got for myself: 1. Awareness of everything. 2. Reflection is our everything. 3. Do not be afraid of not knowing, ask questions and constantly learn. Svitlana taught me to ask correct and accurate questions, this is a very valuable skill.
