  4. Tools of developmental control. Providing quality feedback. Getting feedback.
  5. Team formation and development. Stages of team development. Effective meetings, gatherings.
  6. Motivating management. Motivational types of people. Motivating factors. Individual approach to motivation.

MODULE 2. Skills of a modern leader. Partnership management model.
