Universal skills of the future were considered and pumped. These skills are necessary for everyone, regardless of profession, gender, age or education. These skills help us create non-standard approaches, find creative solutions, establish communication in the team, create conditions for the changes implementation and climb the career ladder

This season can be described in one word – practice. We created a test drive of the five most popular professions: product and logistics manager , Marketing Specialist , HR and sales manager. Aimed at full disclosure of the profession, its difficulties and peculiar features, necessary skills, and most importantly, personal qualities for successful work. The classes were conducted by practicing top specialists from the companies of the business group.

The third season of the project will contain even more useful information, honest answers and practice. We plan to attract new lecturers and optimize the program in each direction. We are preparing an even more practical course. We promise, it will be interesting!
